Adonis as Meeker as Narcissus

This subject warrants some study. Meeker has been surely blessed with the body and face of someone mythical, and as is the case for women gifted so, the bestowment carries with it serious and often insurmountable difficulties.  Fortunately for Dean, what was given was tempered by a serious injury requiring him to read voraciously to strengthen the eye weakened by the accident. And therein lies the explanation for how it came to pass that a man of such physical fineness also developed an important intellect. Just a single example of his canny inventiveness is the Meeker Press, whose success was foiled only by the fickle female fingers of fate:

The subject of Meekers magnificent mug has achieved postal status, on the other side from the stamp, but it is enjoyed by letter carriers world-wide. Envy, it is said by many scholars, runs the world. I certainly envy Meekers draftsmanship and within this skill lies a ready image of self that re-sees itself again and again.
