The Studio

Dean Meekers studio is perhaps my fondest connection to Madison. Although
my days there in the 1950's and 60's related most to the University campus,
State Street, Lake Mendota and The Tiger Lounge, I have spent a number of
nights safely nestled amongst Deans large collection of books, tapes, and works
in progress. If it weren't for my having become softened by California living,
I'd choose this single spot as the place I'd most like to live.
